Staysure has done it again – bagging the ‘Most Trusted Travel Insurance Provider ’ recognition at the Moneywise Customer Service Awards for the second consecutive year.
Recognising the UK ’s most respected financial services companies, this year ’s Customer Service Awards were based on feedback from 40,000 consumers. The likes of banks, insurance firms, and peer-to-peer lenders were rated on their customer service over the past year.
“We take great pride in once again being named the UK ’s most trusted travel insurance provider,” commented Staysure chair Ryan Howsam. “The fact that we have won for the second year in a row is testament to our high standards, which we constantly strive to maintain.
“There ’s no better validation of the team ’s continued effort and commitment to our customers.”
According to the over 50s insurance and financial services specialist, it was commended for its care taken in every case, as well as its sustained commitment to an ever-expanding client base.
“Staysure telephoned me a few times while we were in Spain and my husband was hospitalised in a private hospital to check that I was OK and whether I need anything, such as a hotel and so on,” Moneywise quoted a consumer as saying. “Due to this five-star service we have now taken our travel insurance with it for 2018.”
Howsam, whose firm has also been recently named as a Which? ‘Recommended Provider ’, added: “As the UK ’s number one travel insurance provider, we ’re delighted that our continuing efforts to make each of our customers feel valued have been recognised.”
Other Moneywise winners include NFU Mutual as most trusted home insurance provider and CSIS as most trusted car insurance provider.
